Dr KATARZYNA WILK

CEO & Founder; Impact & Sustainability

Katarzyna is a CEO and Founder of Swiss Impact Lead and serves as a President of the Swiss Impact Lead Foundation, promoting sustainable finance and linking Switzerland with CEE innovation hubs. She also founded High Values consultancy, specialising in sustainability and ESG services. Prior to that, she served as a policy adviser at the European Commission, Bureau of European Policy Advisers. Katarzyna was a collaborator of the Polish Academy of Sciences with an expertise in cross-national comparative research and analysis, inequalities, and surveys design. She taught at Yale, Ohio State University, and EOI in Madrid.

Her expertise covers sustainability and impact management, ESG policies design, impact and ESG investment audits, and advanced sustainability analysis including: Impact Assessment, Life Cycle Analysis, External Costs Assessment, HCV Analysis. Katarzyna is an author of policy and academic publications, business trainings and academic seminars.

Katarzyna holds a PhD in Sociology from Yale University, Environmental Policy & Sustainable Development certificate from Harvard, and MA in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the Swedish Institute Management Program in Sustainability Leadership in Stockholm.

KACPER PAJĄK

Kacper has extensive international experience in the investment banking sector. He worked for UniCredit and Erste Group within M&A teams in Vienna, London and Warsaw, and served as Vice President in a Leveraged & Acquisition Finance team covering CEE markets. Currently, he serves as a director at ARC Capital Markets, the real estate investment transaction and strategic advisory

Kacper holds a MSc degree in International Business Administration from Vienna University, with specialisation in banking and investment analysis. He also studied at Cass Business School in London where he focused on investment management. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds Applied Bank Management Certificate, granted by the Vienna University postgraduate center.

MARTA FILIPOWICZ, MBA

Coach & Advisor; Marketing, Sales

Marta is a coach and mentor, accredited with EMCC Global. She supports both group and individual Clients in the area of communication, leadership and change management. Marta also serves as a business advisor and trainer, covering customer services experience and sales. She works with start-ups, coaching teams with focus on building trust and relationships, and enhancing their marketing and sales strategy. She is also actively involved in supporting female business leaders.

Previously, Marta held various executive positions and managed international teams as a Director of Marketing and Head of Consumer Experience in both Switzerland and Poland, within a FMCG sector.

Marta holds an MBA from The Polish Open University, and various international certificates, including: Transformational Presence Leadership & Coaching, The FinxS® Sales Assessment Certification, Extended DISC Certification, and Extended DISC Teamwork Facilitation.

Dr CHRISTINE GOCKEL

Coach & Advisor; Leadership

Christine, a psychologist by training, coaches teams and leaders to generate positive results and remain flexible in times of change. She is in charge of the Incubator Coaching Program at the SRH Berlin Start-Up Lab and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Christine gained her experience in Germany, Switzerland and USA, and currently works as a Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences. She teaches applied psychology courses in MBA programs. Previously, she taught at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland. In her research, Christine studies team processes and focuses on shared leadership and humor in teams. She is a co-author of the book “Humor at Work in Teams, Leadership, Negotiations, Learning and Health.”

Christine received her PhD in Social and Personality Psychology from Michigan State University and MA in Psychology from Humboldt University of Berlin.

ROBERT KOWALSKI, MBA

Advisor; Start-Up Strategy, VC

Robert has extensive international experience in venture capital and start-ups building, including Silicon Valley-based OpenGov, VC Knife Capital, MegaSpace, Aegis Custody, GEn1E Lifesciences Inc, where he was responsible for strategy and business development.

Robert also served as an advisor to the former President of Poland, and co-authored a policy proposal on supporting development of innovation and venture capital investments in Poland. In addition, he was an expert for the Polish National Development Bank (BGK), responsible for cooperation with the European Investment Funds, including venture capital funds.

Robert holds MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, MA in International Policy from Stanford University, and BSc degree in Economics from London School of Economics.

EWA GALANT

Advisor; Start-Up Strategy

Eva has extensive experience in supporting early-stage start-ups in developing MVP, strategy and business models. She was involved in a range of projects, including fin- and health-techs, software robotics, web and mobile applications as well as projects for ING, Metro Bank, NHS Trust Foundation, AIESEC International. Eva also organised multiple start-up events in Warsaw, London, Berlin and Montreal, shaping tech events such as Girls Geek Carrots, SheWorx, and Polish Tech Link.

Eva is currently a CEO and Founder of Hashiona, a mobile application that improves the day-to-day quality of life for Hashimoto patients. Eva holds a Management and Engineering of Production degree in e-technology from the West Pomeranian University of Technology.
