        Katarzyna is a CEO and Founder of Swiss Impact Lead and serves as a President of the Swiss Impact Lead Foundation, promoting sustainable finance and linking Switzerland with CEE innovation hubs. Katarzyna also founded High Values consultancy, specialising in sustainability and ESG services. Prior to that, she served as a policy adviser at the European Commission, Bureau of European Policy Advisers. Katarzyna was a collaborator of the Polish Academy of Sciences, with an expertise in cross-national surveys and comparative research and analysis. She taught at Yale, Ohio State University, and EOI in Madrid.

        Her expertise covers sustainability and impact management, ESG policies design, impact and ESG investment audits, and advanced sustainability analysis including: Impact Assessment, Life Cycle Analysis, External Costs Assessment, HCV Analysis. Katarzyna is an author of business trainings and academic seminars, policy and academic publications.

        Katarzyna holds a PhD in Sociology from Yale University, Environmental Policy & Sustainable Development certificate from Harvard, and MA in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the Swedish Institute Management Program in Sustainability Leadership in Stockholm.

Michał was also a long-term collaborator of the Polish Academy of Sciences, with an expertise in cross-national income inequalities and comparative data analysis, including time-series.

        Michał’s research and publications embrace topics including: ESG, income inequalities, advanced statistical methods, mathematical modelling and statistical programming with R.

        Michał received a PhD in Sociology from Utrecht University, and completed the ICPSR Summer Program in statistical methods and sociology at the University of Michigan.
